Are you new to a city? Keep a diary of everything you encounter in your new city that is unfriendly to newbies - roadsigns that could be better, subway signage that isn't clear, mugging hot spots, rip-off restaurants that target tourists etc, and let us know when you have a reasonably sized collection of complaints. We pay by the complaint.
